Oatmeal energy bars with sacha inchi peanuts and blueberries

These energy bars are an explosion of flavor and nutrition. With the power of Volti sacha inchi peanuts, the sweetness of blueberries, and the energy of oats, they are ideal for a healthy snack that will keep you going all day long.

Ingredients:


1 cup rolled oats.
1/2 cup Volti sacha inchi peanuts (crushed or chopped).

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Preparation:
